I want to export project from one jira instance to other and looking for native JIRA options for exporting and importing projects.

I don't want to use any external add-ons

There is no "project export", you have to export the whole system.

Once you have a full export, you can import issues from a project, but you have to manually set up the project in the target system to match all the incoming issue data.

There's a good reason there are apps to do this sort of migration...
