Does anyone else who purchased Jira feel misled as to what this product can do out of the box with out spending another $3000 for add-on's. Templates and Creating an issue to make other preset sub tasks - issues - I thought this was something that every help desk software had as standard. I really feel misled when we first demo'd the product.
This product just nickels and dimes you to death.

Could you explain more by what you mean by templates?
