Managed Hosting Provider Alternative to Contegix

I'm looking for the community's opinion on some managed hosting providers out there for Atlassian tools other than Contegix. We currently use Contegix as a provider and their level of support has really plummeted lately, largely surrounding their response times mainly.

This new hosting provider will need to:

1. Manage all linux based operations, including patching/upgrades for our Atlassian tools.

2. Have some experience with administration of Jira/Confluence via the UI.


We currently use Atlassian's on-prem Jira/Confluence solutions. Thanks!

I would look to the partners over at https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/ - many of them do hosting services (I work for one of them, albeit not in the managed hosting/service part)
