Jira higher version

Is there a higher verson of JIRA?   I'm only using 6.4 as installed in our on prem server

The available current stable version of JIRA is  8.0.2, you can find the latest stable version of JIRA at the below link for download

Thanks Kiran for the information.  It seems that our Network admin installed us an older version but i will suggest these versions  you mentioned.  

These versions can be downloaded from that site? right?
