How to reset admin password of local JIRA server ?

Hi,

 

 

I have install local jira server . After import jira backup of cloud server my username and password not working . Could you please sugguest how I can reset/get my password . I did try with Can't access your account option alos but its not sending any email to me. 

I am not using any databse for my Local jira server becuase it is installed on windows machine.

When you restore a Cloud download, you get a default system account created so that you can go in and change other users passwords are required (remember that your download contains users, but not the Cloud infrastructure that supports them).  See https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/migrating-from-jira-cloud-to-server-applications-802592270.html for the admin details.

You do have a database behind JIRA, but I imagine it's the built-in h2 database that isn't suitable for production.  You can reset the passwords in there (if the above doesn't help) with https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/retrieving-the-jira-administrator-192836.html

I am facing the same issue.  and i am not able to access the account .Kindly help here
