Domain migration from skitter.atlassian.net to workativ..atlassian.net

I have subscription for skitter.atlassian.net  domain for Jira AND Bitbucket,

I wish to change the domain from skitter to Workativ.atlassian.net so what are the steps to involved on this domain migration.

and i created new workativ.atlassian.net and try to migrate the access and users is not worked for me. so i canceled the free subscription now the status of the subscription is cancelation pending.

i have community license for the Skitter domain.

workativ domain is on free lenience.
