๐Ÿ”ˆ Calling all Jira Software experts: Announcing #JiraHeroes! ๐Ÿ”ˆ

Hi, Jira users!

Do you love Jira Software? Do you have tips and tricks youโ€™d love to share? Do you want to be featured in a customer spotlight?

If so, we want to talk to you! We're bringing you a very special opportunity to share your story with the greater Jira Community.

What is #JiraHeroes?

#JiraHeroes is our new monthly customer spotlight series that we'll be featuring on the Community. The goal of this program is to source thoughtful, tactical content that will help admins improve their understanding of key Jira concepts.

What makes a Jira Hero?

As champions of Jira Software, you have expertise that has been shaped by authentic, first-hand experience. We want to hear your success stories, distill them into unique insights and best practices, and share those learnings in the form of Community articles.

As a Jira admin, you are responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining how Jira Software is used by teams in your organization. We hope that customers will find inspiration on how to overcome their own challenges by hearing how you overcame yours. โœจ

What kinds of stories are you looking for?

We want to hear how youโ€™ve used Jira Software to achieve a team or organizational goal, and weโ€™d love to hear stories from teams of all types and sizes!

We are looking for success stories related (but not limited) to the following:

  • Configuration

  • Scaling

  • User management

  • Workflows

  • Automation

  • Advanced Roadmaps

  • Apps and integrations

Did you refine a faulty workflow? Did you use automation to streamline a process? How did these actions help your team drive towards success?

We want to hear how you thought about solving a problem, what specific steps you took, and what you learned from that experience.

๐Ÿ™Œ Sounds great! What do I need to do to be featured?

To be featured in our #JiraHeroes customer spotlight, you will:

  1. Comment on this thread to let us know youโ€™re interested ๐Ÿ‘‡ We're prioritizing Jira Software stories, but please don't let this deter you from reaching out!

  2. Work with an Atlassian to draft, edit, and publish a short Community post (500-1000 words--weโ€™ll provide prompts to help you craft your post).

  3. Keep an eye on responses! Monitor your Community post for a week (once published) and respond to comments.

What are the benefits?

There are numerous benefits! ๐Ÿ˜‰ To name a few:

  • Earn our exclusive Jira Hero Community badge for being featured as a #JiraHeroes spotlight

  • Share your Jira expertise with new admins and increase visibility of the amazing work youโ€™ve been doing

  • Build your personal brand within the larger Atlassian Community

How do I get started?

๐Ÿ‘‰ Reply to this thread to let us know youโ€™re interested, and our team will reach out shortly to share and hear more.

We can't wait to connect. Cheers!
