Notificaciones al crear incidencia desde formulario

Crearon un proyecto de Work Management, crearon un formulario y me invitaron.

Me hicieron responsable del proyecto y no me llegan notificaciones al correo electrónico. En la notificación "Se ha creado una incidencia" agregué a todos los usuarios pero sigue sin llegarme.


Desde la configuración de mi cuenta tengo activado los correos electrónicos.

 

Ya no se donde fijarme, alguien podría ayudarme?
