Kindly share the per user licence cost and let us know the deactivate user are chargable or not.

Kindly share the tips for reduce the monthy cost.

Pricing information for Jira Software Cloud can be found here:

If you have third party apps, that is an additional cost per user per app.

Users whose accounts are deactivated, who cannot login and access your Jira product, are not counted towards your per user cost.
