retrieve description content as i lose it while moving the user story from project to another one

I lose the description content while moving the user story from project to another one, the content replaced with 'AT' how can i restore it in the user story

This suggests you have some form of automation or script which is changing (defaulting?) the descriiption field during the move. You'll need to find and remove that.

The change will be recorded in the issue history, you'd need to copy and paste it back out of there.
