I'm receiving an E-Mail from Atlassian, that my subscription will be cancelled soon due to inactivity.
But I am using it every day.
Is it regarding another part of Jira which I am using? -If it is why the message doesn't contain that information? Please help me understand and solve the problem.

It could be a message from separate product such as Confluence. Please go to Billing -> Manage Subscription and check active ones. If you don't use, you can simply remove it.
