Hi @Trudy Claspill ,
Our jira is hosted on AWS EC2 instance ubantu OS. The cron job needs to be implemented when the cache reaches a buffer limit or threshold it will automatically clear it off . Please assist on the same.

Hello @Swagatika
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
What is the problem that you are trying to solve, where you think that clearing a cache is going to solve it?
Can you confirm the hosting type of your Jira instance? Your post tags say Cloud, which would mean you are using the Software as a Service offering from Atlassian, and in that case the software is running on a host owned by Atlassian and you will not have any access to the host itself. Are you actually using a self-hosted Jira product - Jira Server or Jira Data Center - on a physical host or on a host in a cloud provider (like AWS) where you have access to the host?
