cascading custom field not visible for raised tickets for editing purpose

Hi Team,

We have made some changes in our kanban board in issue creation form.

There we had made available cascading drop down named as "Activity Type", team is able to see this cascading drop down "Activity Type" while creating a ticket, but if any team mate wants to change the entry for the same ticket then this field is not visible. rest all of the fields are visible to the team.
