backlog and my board disappear on my account

my account suddenly disappear the backlog and my board and now i can see the issues and can't see them, it is a team-managed project. I try to get this future from project setting as it wrote in documentation but I didn't fine this option in the project setting , so how can I get them again.

I am sorry, but the question is unclear to me.  I do not understand the description of the symptoms.

"My account suddenly disapper the backlog and board" is the main problem for me.

What is disappearing?  Your account from user fields on the backlog and board?  Or the backlog and/or Board completely?  Or are the issues vanishing and reappearing?

Are you the only admin of the project and your Jira?
