We have a white ribbon in Jira. In any browsers like Safari or Chrome. Found that the height of the container is set incorrectly and the js script does it. And it's trouble not with browser. This is the wrong height in the markup. If you correct this value by hand, then the height of the strip changes.

Could you show us what you are seeing? It is unclear where and what it is from just "white ribbon". Also, explain what code or app you have added that is creating it?
