Summary of Test to be populated while logging Defectfrom test run in Xray

Dears,

We have Xray plugin in Jira for test management. While logging defect from Test Run, we would like the summary of the test case that we are executing to be copied to the summary of the defect. Also the values of other custom fields that are part of the test plan also needs to be copied. Is there a way to get this done?
