Script Runner conditional transition of issues

Hi Team,

I have a use case and hope you'd be able to guide me as I am new to Scriptrunner. My workflow is very flexible meaning All statuses to All statuses.

My use case is, this flexible workflow should be applicable for issues where a Custom field value is Empty. 

Else, if the custom field has a value, then part of the Workflow should be linear and possible to be triggered only by certain users. 

Something like this below

If jiracustomfield is Empty then All to All

If jiracustomfield is not Empty && currentUser = max.mustermann || john.doe || foo.bar

{

   Go thru linear flow and limit the flexible workflow

} 

Can I achieve something like this using Scriptrunner? Thank you for your suggestions and guidance.

Where are using your code?my guessing this should be a behaviour

if (customFieldEmpty = false && !currentUser = () {

    log.warn("You can not execute the next transition")

}
