New user. Is there a way to specify a specific component in a project, when creating a new issue?

When creating new issue, I only have a project field. I would like to specify the component in the issue.

Hi @randallp - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You should add the Components field to the screen used by the project.

Got to Project Settings > Screens

Then edit the Create screen (or Default screen if no Create screen) to add the Components field.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
