I am looking to move an entire EPIC with its corresponding Tasks/Sub-Tasks to a new JIRA board. Then, I'd like to delete the Tasks/Sub-Tasks from the first JIRA board.
What is happening is that when I am doing that now, when I delete the task, it deletes it from both JIRA boards.
Are there tricks to doing this?
Hi @Amanda Peitz ,
Boards are just a visualization of your issues. So you can not move them to another board.
What you can do is to create filters, so that it appears on one board but not on the other.
So the issues exist only once and because of that, they disappear on both boards when you delete some.
