Jira Server to Data Center Migration (8.8.1)

Hello ,

Currently we are using Jira Software & Jira Service Management 8.8.1 server version. We want to migrate to Data Center version. We though of applying data center license 

Kindly any one help me with the process and what are steps to take care for successful migration.
