JMWE Transition current issue not works

Hi,

I have configured a Post Function that should be change the status according to configured condition with an old version of JMWE add-on (4.0.5) and it works correctly.
After the upgrade of Jira and then of the add-on, the Post Function not works anymore.
New add-on version is 5.7.0. I seen that new version is availlable (6.2.4) then I have installed and tested it, also, but I have the same error.

I attach the error found in log file and the screenshot of the configurations.
