JIRA workflow trigger issue

I have added a trigger in the JIRA workflow, that helps to move transition between each other whenever PR raised with JIRA-ID. Previously it was working successfully. And this trigger suddenly stops working. The transition is not moving now.

The webhook shows it's delivered and it had 200 responses. but in JIRA I don't see the transition changes.

Attached the images. Can you check and help with whats needs to be done.
