I'm unable to upload the excel sheet contains test cases in zephyr , getting Access denied message

I'm unable to upload the excel sheet contains test cases in zephyr , getting Access denied message

When trying to do bulk upload /import the test cases in zephyr , I'm unable to do so. Getting Access denied message.

Where as when i try to import 1 test case through excel sheet , I can do so.

Could you pls help to do bulk upload

Make sure file name doesn't have any special characters.
