How user can select on which folder to download all issues attachmnets?

It seems like attachments downloaded into PC default download folder,

While download path should a diferent folder.

This is usually a browser setting, not an application setting. Is the browser not asking where you want the files to go?

The browser is not let user to select for which folder to download.
