How to search for all openm issues for customer in NL

Hello,

I have seen all issues/Epics for NL are starting with EMEA:NL. I have no clue what is the concerned field. So, I tried "Title" which doesn't exist in the keywords list, I tried account but not known. If I look at the list of the 2800+ issues listed, there are several EMEA:NL.

 

So, How can I search them in JIRA ?

You can try below JQL for open issues

summary ~ "EMEA:NL" and resolution is empty
