How to get or populate aha link in issue

Sylvia Taube

We have an integration/webhook between Jira and Aha. For issues created in aha I have no issue retrieving the linked Jira account, When we create an issue in Jira, it does send it to aha etc., but I am unable to find the link to the aha record in Jira. without having to access aha I was hoping to either auto expose the link in the record in Jira or get it through API (had no luck with getting issue info).

Hi Sylvia,

I was reading about the Aha and Jira integration (e.g. here) but didn't find any reference to your question. Maybe you can contact Atlassian Support here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ , or Aha support (they may be able to provide more hints): https://www.aha.io/support/requests/new

Looks like a data refresh issue on Aha side - fixed.

Sylvia,

We have a identical need to show up Aha ticket number in Jira ticket.

Can you pls share details of how you were able to fix it?
