I have issues that are sorted with different Components. If the issue has one of these components another custom field needs to be in "done" before resolving the issue. This to make sure that the action related to the custom field is not forgotten before resolving the issue. So if the issue has component "X" custom field must be "done" to resolve the issue, for the other issues this is not relevant. How to solve this in the best way?

You can achieve this by using a plugin like Scriptrunner to add scripted condition in your workflow
