Team and I struggle with checking issue history in new JIRA issue view.
I go through https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/the-new-jira-issue-view-938040503.html, however, didn't find tip how to view issue history.
Please advise how to enable this view in new JIRA user interface.

there is history tab that contains all information about what changed at issue level. Isn't it?
