How do i move a field around a ticket from projects settings

My story point field appears on top of the ticket description. It's normally on the pane to the right where you have the Epic link, Label, etc..

I would really appreciate help on how to restore this.

I went to Project Settings - Issue Layout and voila! Problem solved.
