How do I get to the Reports? I can't see the Icon.

Hi - I am using next-gen and I do not have access to reports? I read that choosing another type will provide that access but the only other types are business and service-desk. What are my options. The instructions above are no longer valid. Thanks!

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

As per the details you provided, you are using a Jira Software project, please, correct me if I'm wrong.

If that's the case, it's necessary to enable reports on the project settings. 

Please, go to Project settings > Features and you will see the option to enable.

On Service Desk and Business, the reports are enabled by default.
