Exported dates are shown 1 day less than actual dates when exported in CSV

According this bug JRASERVER-70566  the users on my Jira instance are experiencing the problem in the subject. After a jql search, the exported issues have all the dates customfields  with one day less. This doesn't happens for creation and modification date (maybe because the related time is not 00:00). Our Jira server is located in another time zone (1 or 2 hours less).
Does anyone know how to bypass this problem ? The users are used to extract the CSV to convert it into a spreadsheet and all the dates are wrong
