Custom Notification based on the Pull Request

Hi All,

Can someone help me with the below.

 

I have added a trigger in a workflow that comes from In Progress to Under Review. Whenever users raise a pull request with the JIRA issue key the issue will move from In Progress to Under review.


What if that issue is not In Progress? let's say the issue is in TO DO status.
In that case, the transition won't move to Under review right?.


So here we need an email should trigger and say " Hey given issue id which your trying is not in correct status. So this operation denied"
