Cannot transition from Done to another state

I just started Jira Core and I am working on workflows now. I have created an updated workflow, and all seems OK. The only thing that doesn't seem to work is to transition an issue from Done to something else.

I have all permissions, but I cannot add a transition out of the Done state.

Hello,

This is because you cannot add a new transition to a status where there is no going transition from that status on a used workflow. You need to first make this workflow inactive. So what you need to do is copy the workflow you are using, make your changes and then use this workflow on your project.
