Board-Settings missing in Next-Gen Kanban Board

I'm missing the Board-Settings when clicking on the button ...

What am i doing wrong?

It will be great to have a Board Settings to be able to configure:

- Swimlanes

- Visibility of subtasks. Super important for PM's and devs to understand the work ahead.

- Column Management
