Ageing column

Hi,

How to add ageing column based on the ticket statuses for the below requirement.

Do we need to use scripts creating two new fields ; Created to Closed & Created to Ready to Test

Defect ageing column
a.)Defect created to closed
b.)Defect created to status Ready to Test

This information can be fetched from issue's change history using ScriptRunner for Jira in a scripted field.
