Hi All
Currently we do the following on our scrum board:
(1) Log Stories and assign story points
(2) Add sub tasks to each story during our "How" Sprint Planning session.
The issue is you cannot add story points to sub tasks but the sub tasks often take up more time then the actual story logged.
How do we deal with this?
Is there any plug in's that can be used to add story points to sub tasks?
Can you manually add a story point field to sub tasks and then report on the points manually?
