We are facing a problem tagging team member . whenever we try to tag people in the comment by typing @ team member the name converts to very long code which is not User friendly

it's by design now due to GDPR, see the recent discussion and answers by Angélica in this post.
I noticed it has some impact on visually impaired users but it is solved when using the new issue view.
