i want to see all JIRA service desk tickets through a portal. at the moment i can see items only created by me.
This can be set up by using Organisations. This allows multiple customers to see tickets raised by other people in their organisation.
This needs to be set up by a Jira Service Desk agent and you will need to confirm who should be in your organisation.
