I am using both Jira Software and Jira Service Desk with same URL.
I want to show some JIRA Software issues to the customers..
Is it possible in Jira.. Even a plugin supports this feature also helps me a lot.
Can anyone suggest a way for this. Thanks in Advance.

One of the paths used by our customers is using Exalate for Jira in combination wiith Exalate for Confluence cloud.
Any issues that need public visibility can be published, accessible to anyone

Hello @Madhu Reddy you should check for apps like backbone sync or exalate. They are useful to sync issues across projects. That way you can replicate your software tickets in the service desk project and make sure the information is synced
