since the last version of jira service management server, we lost the ability to create personalized emails.
Indeed we only have yahoo, google and microsoft.
Is anyone why?

It may be due to a bug introduced in the 4.22.0 JSM version. It will be fixed soon with the 4.22.2 release.

This is a Bug in the multiple email channels feature screen. There is a dark feature available that can disable the multiple email channels feature which will allow the 'Other' option to be displayed:
sd.multi.incoming.email.support.disabled
