ok, I'm new to JIRA and I'm suppose to give a presentation on why we should use it for our service desk. Does anyone have any slides that I could use to get me going on this task?
But if you want to use it for your business you should make it specific to your business's needs. Where your current solution is failing and how Jira can fix it, etc...
One way you could try and get people onboard would be to sign up to a trial Jira Cloud (you will have access for 7 days) set up a demo project and let them use it, or demo it to them.
