I received a message this morning when logging into JSD:
"From January 2023, we'll start removing access to the old issue view. Apps and extensions that display this view won't work anymore."
After all of the issues and complaints regarding the new view, you are still moving forward with it and now removing access to the old view? WHY? The new view is horrible, inefficient and unusable. This move will expedite the evaluation of a replacement solution.
Agreed. Being forced to use the new view is an impediment to my work flow as well.
Agreeing with Rich. At this time until Atlassian does something about amount of attachments in tickets, this is business breaking for us
