Need data sources for Knowledge base reports

Hello everybody, i need the data sources for the information in jira database.

The Article usage report shows how many times customers viewed knowledge base articles and how many said that an article helped solve their problems.
The Article effectiveness report compares the number of customers that were self-served through knowledge base articles and the number that ended up creating a request.

So, two points

• Knowledge base articles are not kept in Jira
• SQL is the worst possible way to extract this data.  You should be using the REST API to ask these questions.

There are two standard reports (Article usage report/Article effectiveness report) in Jira. I need the values ​​of them.
I could access it also via Rest API.
What should the API Call look like?
