Issue with notification mails from service desk after migration

Hi,

whenever a customer creates a service desk request they get the following mail content:

"sd.notification.default.rule.content.approval.required.v2"

I figuered out that this was set within the customer notification template and changed it yesterday.
But nothing has changed.

Do i miss something? Before the migration everything was okay.

Hi @Philipp Wiegand ,

We had the same issue after migrating from Server to Cloud.

Check for your Project Customer Notification for Approval required, we were able to find this text in the notification template.
