Issue Link Field on Customer Portal??

Hello All, its there a chance to put Issue Link Field on Customer Portal??

That's not a native feature. The linked issues is considered something that would be used by the agents in case there are similar, duplicate, related, or blocker tickets. How ever all isn't lost. This question was brought up previously.
