We updated our JIRA Service Desk from Version 3.0.10 to 3.4.0 and now the sidebar appears everytime we look at an issue. Is there any way to turn this off? Previously the sidebar only appeared when looking at an issue created with the customer portal.
Hi Vanessa, now it's not possible to remove the sidebar anymore. You can also collapse it, however, by clicking the little arrow at the bottom or by pressing the " [ " symbol on your keyboard.
