I have used Insights and built it out a few ways. I have never been able to create a discovery for Saas systems used to gain for license requests.
Wanted to know if any one here has used the api to pull the data from SHI or another procurement systems to get a count of Saas systems and create attributes and license groups of systems that IT teams manage.
Looking to add this data to onboarding process so agents know what to give onboarding employees. And possibly even automate to our IDP.
