I want to update Organization and Customer Details or custom fields using Jira ServiceDesk API. Does anybody have any Idea about this please reply with your thoughts on this chat.

I am not aware of an API to modify the full name of a customer (although I have a use case for that myself). The Organization API does allow you to set custom properties but I don't think it supports modifying the organization name.
