Hi everyone,
I'm a team lead and we are working on tasks in a Jira project and tracking everything in sprints. Before completing a sprint or monthly system closure, I would like to notify my teammates and ask them to check their time booking. Currently I just notify them on our sync ups, but I would like them to receive automatic notifications in Jira during the last business day before the month closes.
Could you please suggest how this can be solved?
Thanks!
With Jira Automation, you could define a scheduled automation rule that checks the relevant issues and sends emails to the respective assignees (i.e. your team).
Let me know if you need any more help setting this up.
Certainly! Here’s a quick summary:

@zhenya.elfimova There are also automation triggers for sprint completion, scheduled tasks, manual trigger on an issue and many more.
You can send messages in Teams or Slack besides using email by selecting the respective action.
Flagging an issue is possible by setting the "Flagged" field in an automation rule.
Hope this helps!

Dear @Michel Neeser
Thank you very much for your reply!
I checked the existing triggers in Jira Automation and am I correct that in this case it will be a notification related to an issue? and it's always sent by email, right?
Is it possible to show a modal dialog or a flag in Jira?
