We are using Jira/JSD Cloud.
Customers cannot see Tasks in the Customer Portal even if I add them as reporter or invite them as a participant. I need customers to be able to see issues they reported and issues opened on their behalf. Right now, only self created issues are seen.
So I am thinking its a "Browse Projects" permission or Task issue type is hidden by default...??
Hey @Michael Severin, make sure that the project is from typ Jira Service Desk Project.
If that is the case, and the person was set as a request participant/Repoter, the field request type is essential. This field manages the way an issue is displayed on the portal.
If this field is not set, the customers are not able to see the issue at all.
